Application Process for Joining Duo Security Services

1. New Zealand Police Vetting Process:

All applicants must undergo the New Zealand Police vetting process. This procedure is mandatory for all candidates applying to be able to hold a license . If you have done this already please let Recruiter know of this.

2. Pre-Employment Checks:

There will be a series of pre-employment checks conducted before the interview stage. These checks will include the verification of  your history of work.

3. Recruitment Team Interview:

Upon successful completion of the pre-employment checks, selected candidates will be contacted by one of our Recruitment Team Members. During this conversation, you will be asked specific questions related to your availability, work experience, interests, and career aspirations. This discussion will also provide you with the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the role and our organization.

4. Working with Children Checks:

Candidates who pass the initial stages will be required to undergo working with children checks as applicable to the position you are applying for. This step is essential for roles that involve interaction with families & Children.

5. Confirmation of Qualifications:

Once all the aforementioned checks have been successfully cleared, we will proceed to confirm any qualifications you hold that are relevant to the position.
